About Me
Hi, I’m Rosie – a personal trainer, menopause coach, and your biggest cheerleader on the journey to feeling your best during and after perimenopause.
I understand firsthand how tough this stage of life can be. The fatigue, the mood swings, the changes to your body – it can all feel overwhelming. But I also know that it doesn’t have to be this way. That’s why I’m here: to help you embrace your power, find your energy, and regain the confidence you deserve.
Through my coaching and training, I blend science-backed fitness strategies, nutrition insights, and lifestyle tools to support women and menopausal individuals over 40. I specialise in overcoming menopause fatigue, managing anxiety, and rebuilding strength in a way that works for your body and your life.

I know from personal experience what it feels like to think you’re too young to be experiencing menopause.
Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make choices that can help you improve your experience of midlife and aging.
My 12 week programmes guide you to find the right way for you to feel better, confident, reenergised and ready to live the rest of your one precious life.
Workplace Training
In addition to being a menopause expert, coach and personal trainer, I am a qualified teacher.
I provide training to your workforce to help them understand menopause and how this will impact the people you work with.
