My clients come to me because they aren’t sure where to start. They grew up in the 90s when they were told they need to get smaller and the gym was there as punishment. Or maybe they’ve tried different routines that they just can’t make stick.

I’m here to help you reduce body fat, build strength, gain muscle and increase your bone denisty.

Most programmes are 12 weeks, over that time you can radically transform your mindset, the way you feel and build habits and confidence that see you leaving me knowing what you need to do to carry on your progress.

Personal training sessions with me can take place in person or online.

In-person personal training

I am based in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire. For in- person sessions, all equipment for the session is provided, locations available:

  • Your home - I bring the equipment to you!

  • Local park or outdoor space

  • The Health Club, Woodthorpe - gym

  • FXD Fitness, Bilborough - gym

  • The Luna Shala, Ilkeston - private yoga studio, using freeweights

How we work together

Working together starts with a FREE Get to Know Me call. In the Get to Know Me call, it’s a chance for you to see if working with me is right for you.

After the Get to Know Me call, you can have a one-off taster session which costs £40.

I believe in creating sustainable change, so most programmes are over a 12-week period to build habits.

Those 12 weeks will be a transformational period, so after that, we won’t continue to work together but you can have occasional boost sessions if you think it’s helpful.
