I offer in-person personal training in Ilkeston, Bilborough and Woodborough and surrounding areas for home or garden sessions, or online coaching if you prefer to train at home or live further away.

This is my most premium package that helps you take charge and feel fully prepared to feel great. By the end of this you will feel capable, supported and how you can continue to progress to feel great ongoing; full of energy, joy, confidece and strength.

The Ultimate Blossom Package includes:

  • A fully personalised training programme delivered via an app, with unlimited direct messaging for real-time support, guidance, and motivation.

  • Plus 4 online sessions to dig deep

How we work together

Working together starts with a FREE Get to Know Me call. In the Get to Know Me call, it’s a chance for you to see if working with me is right for you.

After the Get to Know Me call, you can have a one-off taster session which costs £40.

I believe in creating sustainable change, so most programmes are over a 12-week period to build habits.

Those 12 weeks will be a transformational period, so after that, we won’t continue to work together but you can have occasional boost sessions if you think it’s helpful.
